Villa Cosima

We had a great time! Very relaxing place right on the canal, you can watch the sunrise down on the dock (if you can get up early enough).

Our family of seven people, including 4 adults and 3 teenage kids, stayed at Villa Cosima for a week in Feb 2026. The house is in relatively good condition and is well furnished. The furnishings and beds are comfortable. The king bed in the master bedroom is quite firm, while the king bed in the guest bedroom is about medium firmness. Depending on preferences, this may or may not be a problem. It actually worked out well for us since we prefer medium firmness while our son and daughter-in-law preferred the firmer mattress in the master bedroom. The pool area is screened in and the heated pool and separate hot tub are very nice. We spent a lot of time in this area. The hot tub came in especially handy on the cooler days. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood close to amenities, such as restaurants and grocery stores. Upon arrival we noticed a few minor problems such as a burnt out light fixture in the guest bathroom, a couple of sliding/bi-fold closet doors needing adjustment and the water in the hot tub had a greenish tint. By the next day, a handy man arrived and took care of the problems in the house and a pool maintenance person came and adjusted the chemicals in the hot tub, which took care of the problem for the rest of our stay. The property manager, Michael, was great and very responsive to any problems or questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay again in the future.

Kommen gerne wieder wenn diese Mängel behoben sind vielleicht kann man dann mal ein jetski und oder Boot dazu mieten Positive: Das Haus Lage und innen sehr gut Negative: Im poolbereich 1 liege die war defekt bei einem 8 Personen Haus mindestens 3 zu wenig und alle sollten dann such in Ordnung sein. 4 Lügen am Bootsanleger alt und abgenutzt es fehlen außerdem Auflagen für alle Lügen . Im Pool Bereich der Tisch und Stühle top Grill top aber die Lounges abgenutzt durchgesessen und teils spackig und schimmelig sehr schade. 4 Räder 3 defekt eines habe ich noch heil gemacht damit wir wenigstens mal fahren konnten, aber erhebliche Mängel Bremsen und vom Rest reden wir nicht ganz schlimm um damit zu fahren. Der Michael der uns begrüßt hat super Typ 👏🏻👍🏻

This house needs a lot of things. We stay at VRBO properties at least twice a year. I would suggest a GOOD cleaning and replacing things. You need a new dishwasher and new dryer. Useful everyday items needed are: more kitchen spoons (only 3 in the drawer), can opener ( broken), cookie sheets, more blankets and pillows. The pool felt dirty, like it needed cleaning there was some white stuff stuck to the bottom? Hot tub did not remain hot. All in all we were disappointed. The pictures online fooled us. The house needs updated and cleaned (behind the bed, dressers, dryer it is a mess.
